B2B Customer Success / Content Manager Travel Platform (f/m)

Company Overview: One of the worlds major travel platforms
Role Overview: We’re hiring for several client relationship and content editing champions as B2B Customer Content Managers for a renowned major travel platform expanding their business in DACH region. You will onboard and support hotels as new B2B clients to the platform, ensuring their content of text, pictures, settings and features is accurate, well presented and complete. You collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the right direction of growth. You will contact hotel partners to capture and confirm their data about their hotel content, edit existing information in German or English and train new partners on tools and processes by phone.
